I have relatives who have purchased vehicles from this establishment , and I've driven one of these a few times for vacation. It has been a great vehicle for several years. For those complaints, I'm sure they bought some crappy cars and expected the red carpet treatment. Buyer, you honestly get what you pay for. Good reviews from my family.
He will tow your car if you are one day late. He don't know how to run a business and makes promise then don't make good on them. He will say one thing you pay but try to change it. I've been paying for the car for 6 month and i was 1day late and he tow my car. Do not get a car from he and he will stop letting you pay for it. I will have more to put on here later
Let me just say....if your really desperate then you will do what you have to do to get a car. But whatever you do DONT get anything from lecroy. He is a scam artist and just recently got in trouble with some of his scammer buddies rolling back odimeters. He stole my system that was in my car and wouldn't give it back but gave back everything else...And in my case the Friday before the came and took my car I had made my payment...but a card payment from the week before was being disputed due to me reporting my card stolen so my funds was froze..and instead of him calling and asking for that payment and telling me about the problem he had my car repo and left me having to find a ride to pick my daughter up from school 30 mins away from home at the time I was supposed to leave to get her... So this man lecroy is a horrible person and his wife that works the desk is always drunk...and let me say this...if he has your car repo and you can't get it back right then...then whatever you leave in your car will stay in the car and put back on the lot for someone else to buy.... well Except for expensive items he keeps those... And from my own experience with looking at the card to see which one I wanted...I saw people's drivers license, birth certificates, social security cards, woman's purses....very important papers... And whatever else u would leave in your car on a reg. Basis... So I learned my lesson the hard way after hearing from so many people saying don't go there...so beware
Not customer friendly. He will cheat you and not keep his word. He is a liar and does not have a professional business. His bookkeeping is accurate. He keeps books by writing them and not using any accounting systems. He charges what he wants and does know how to communicate with customer's.
Don't not ever get a car from they ass, he beat me out of 1,053 dollars, made my payments on a Monday 2 weeks straight, Paid sept 14 around 2:18 in the afternoon, what about HE repoed my car Tuesday morning after midnight, he illegally repoed my car, an told me it cost me 350 to get it back.. He the oldest crook in the world ..
