The owners are very friendly and informative, they have no problem going the extra mile to help you out in your own unique situation. The units are clean, well maintained and very secure. Excellent facility and people, highly recommended!
I needed to store my stuff for a few months and chose Lookout Self Storage. I had price checked several places and this one fit my budget and in an excellent location. The premises is very clean and I was totally satisfied with the 9 months I used them. Since I had a household of things, climate controlled was an absolute necessity. The staff, Joel and Angie, are great and very helpful. I will definitely use them again if I ever have to store stuff!
Stored stuff here for just shy of 1 year while transitioning from house to apartment. Angie and Joel are super helpful and nice. Facility excellent, rental rates are the best in town. Have recommended Lookout Self Storage to friends and family, and I will come back if I ever need storage space again!
Friendly staff, clean and secure facility, freight elevators to easily move belongings from second floor to ground floor. Very affordable prices, as well!
Came in that lady that works on Friday afternoons, she is very sweet show me all the different boxes and courage me to buy some moving boxes Auburn me some tape prices of tape locks show me different sizes of with the warehouse explained everything very thoroughly extremely knowledgeable about the business I would recommend Lookout self-storage to anybody.. the lady in the office is very knowledgeable they know their business I would suggest anybody go to Lookout Self Storage
