Slow traffic and kids playing outside. They do have a pool. Quiet neighborhood
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! i have lived here for 6 years with my family & am counting down the days until we move out! just got our trailer sold & the management is giving us hell about it bc the couple buying it are moving it else where, management is trying to charge them $2100 cleaning fee to move the trailer out of the park & i dont even think that’s legal! i have never felt so stuck. they go up on the rent $30 every year for “improvements” on the park & i havent seen one, other than then redoing our speedbumps & making them giant mountains, scrapes my car every single day i drive over them, even going 2 mph.. new management has made this park go to hell. seriously dont get stuck in here!
I lived there.loved my place ..the woman that was manager at the time with her husband made my life hell...between her and the woman on the corner it was awful..they would have my cats picked up. And I had small animals. Dogs..that stayed inside..they were old and I walked them..they called city in because I had 5 small..2 lb to 5 lb one was 18 years old..those 2 woman gave me such grief..and did underhanded things I had to leave..and I was buying my mobile home..I lost alot..and to this day I flame when I think about the rudeness and lying things those women did..from nothing more than jealousy...what can I say.beautiful park. But a trailer park all the same..I would sue both women if I wanted to spend the money..but I lost enough as it was...I kept to myself and still they pushed..to this day.God forgive me... u pray that what goes around comes around..because they deserve it..if they are still managers there, I wouldn't put a mobile home then if I had too or live in the streets I would take my chance in the streets.
