My mother has lived there 15 years. They chopped down a beautiful tree today to squeeze in another trailer even though they had several places they could have put it. Nope. It use to be a nice mobile home community. Now its a mere trailer park. Its like they are trying to run out the original owners of manufactured homes so they can rent fema left overs at 3 times the money. Great place to find some drugs or a prostitute now.... Smdh
RUN As far as you can from this place you do not want to rent from them. Before filling out a application ask around with people that live here before making the mistake. They do not stand by there standards In your lease. They will just come into your home without giving you notification and then tell you that they put a sticky note on your door to let you know they were In your home to do a “Gold Key Check” when they are suppose to give you 24 hours in advance. Then they tell you that they will do anything in there power to make you happy. they tell you they do back ground checks witch is not true at all we also have people down the street from us that are getting there car stolen people breaking into homes around here and office doesn’t do anything about it meth heads down the street the office knows and doesn’t do anything about it. But they will pick on the ones that do the right things and pay the rent and don’t bother anyone but they don’t do anything about the theft in the community or drugs. SO DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF COMING INTO THIS PARK IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE. .. it is shameful to even call this place our home right now. They will tell you anything and anything just to get you In Here.
I've always had great neighbors. And the management has always been good to us. The reason people have bad things to say about the place is because they don't communicate with the office and let them know if your going to be a little late just talk to them they will do everything in there power to work with you but you can't avoid them. If someone owed you money wouldn't you rather them talk to you than ruin and hide? Thanks Village green I've raised to amazing kids that have graduated and moved out on there Owen but this will always be home to them and me and my husband.
Nice trailers but they change the rules like going to the bathroom also they go up on the rent without notice of it first the staff was 2 faced I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy even if it was rent free and no matter what you can never get your deposit back and if you don't resign the lease it automatically releases you if you continue to pay the rent and no matter if your trailer is immaculate when you want to move n get the deposit back they make up stuff and say it wasn't them it was corporate so I give it minus 10 stars
Nice place. Lots of children. Too pushy on selling you a trailer, when you are there to rent.
